Go therefore and make disciples of all nations
Matthew 28:19
The Good News of Jesus was never meant to stay inside the walls of the church. It’s not just for our own comfort or safety. When Jesus returned to heaven, He gave His followers a clear mission: take this message out into the world—everywhere, to everyone. At Hope Church, we believe that means stepping out of our comfort zones and sharing God’s love with our neighbors, our city, and beyond. The Good News is for all people, in every place. Let’s carry it with us and share it wherever we go!
“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
Acts 1:8 NIV
At Hope Church, we believe God calls us to more than just comfort. He wants us to grow, to reach out, and to welcome everyone—not just people who look, think, or live like us. Our church family is for everyone, no matter your background or story. You don’t have to fit a certain mold to belong here.
People everywhere are searching for a better way to live—a life filled with meaning. We believe that’s found in Jesus. As a church, we want to reflect the beautiful diversity of God’s creation. That means embracing people from all walks of life: different cultures, beliefs, and experiences. Whether you’re a Republican or Democrat, a citizen or an immigrant, white, Hispanic, African American, or anything else—there’s a place for you here.
God’s love is powerful. It moves us to action, shaping the way we treat every person we meet. When we truly understand how deep and unconditional God’s love is—even in our messiest moments—we can’t help but share that love with others. We want to be intentional, to pray, and to act, reaching out to those who are hurting or feel lost.
You don’t have to be a full-time missionary to make a difference. Every follower of Jesus can share the Good News—just by sharing your own story and what God has done in your life. You don’t need special qualifications. All you need is a willing heart and a desire to share the hope and love you’ve found.
Join us as we open our arms wide and invite everyone into God’s extravagant, unconditional love. Let’s make a difference—together.
“The church can never be on a mission because that presupposes an off switch, and you can`t be off mission and still be a church. The church is mission.”
Leonard Sweet
That is why Hope Church is sold to missions. Why we partner with missionaries across the world.
